Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Multitech Manufacturing's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Multitech Manufacturing provides precision CNC machining, milling, turning, grinding, and assembly services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• CNC Milling (3, 4, and 5-axis)
• CNC Turning and lathe work
• Grinding services
• 3D printing
• Assembly and finishing services
• Prototyping and low-volume production

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, material costs, and complexity. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new customers or large orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by customers remain the property of the customer. Multitech Manufacturing will not use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific order. Any improvements or modifications suggested by Multitech Manufacturing become the property of the customer.

6. Quality and Inspection

All parts are manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer. We maintain strict quality control processes and provide inspection reports with deliveries. Customers are responsible for inspecting parts upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within 5 business days.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Multitech Manufacturing is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

Multitech Manufacturing's liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Force Majeure

Multitech Manufacturing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
